Information we collect
Team applications may include your name, username, email, Discord username, time zone, availability, disciplines, portfolio links, Roblox profile, previous work, and written application answers.
Client inquiries may include your name, company or studio, email, Discord username, project name, development stage, budget range, timeline, requested services, existing assets, project descriptions, goals, and links you choose to provide.
How the information is used
- To review whether an applicant may fit current or future studio work.
- To evaluate a proposed project, partnership, publishing opportunity, or service request.
- To contact the person who submitted the form.
- To prevent abuse, spam, and fraudulent submissions.
- To preserve reasonable internal records of studio opportunities and decisions.
Where submissions go
The website’s server-side application endpoint can send submission details to private Discord channels through protected webhooks. Cloudflare Turnstile may process limited technical information when anti-spam verification is enabled. Hosting infrastructure may also process normal request metadata such as an IP address, timestamps, and browser information.
Retention
Applications should be retained only as long as reasonably needed to evaluate the opportunity, communicate with the applicant, maintain business records, or comply with legal obligations. Internal Discord messages and any copied records should be deleted when they are no longer needed.
Sharing
Information is shared only with Aberration colleagues, authorized studio partners involved in review, and service providers needed to operate the website and application workflow. It is not sold.
Your choices
You may request correction or deletion of an application by contacting the studio. The studio may retain limited information where required for security, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or legitimate business records.
Security
The website keeps Discord webhook URLs and Turnstile secrets on the server rather than exposing them in browser code. No internet system can guarantee absolute security, so applicants should avoid submitting passwords, authentication tokens, government identification numbers, payment card information, or other unnecessary sensitive data.
Changes
This notice may be updated as the website, services, or application workflow changes. The published version should include an effective date when the production domain goes live.
